A fitness and wellness enthusiast with a deep passion for cooking, Alicia Liu enjoys showcasing Asian recipes with a global twist. It’s in her blood. Her family’s culinary skills were passed down by relatives who were trained in the last Emperor’s kitchen in mainland China.
Born in Argentina and raised in New York, her inspiration comes from her Taiwanese roots, but she also enjoys learning other food cultures and finding imaginative ways to fuse them together.
She has lived in Italy & London, traveled throughout the US, Europe and Asia, absorbing and inspired by the unique flavors of each region. Her focus is on fresh, organic and simple ingredients.
Now a left coast transplant and with an entrepreneurial spirit, Alicia Liu is ready to make her mark in food.
